Corundum mullite castable, also known as corundum mullite wear-resistant castable, is made of dense corundum, mullite as aggregate and white corundum powder, - Al2O3 micro powder and mullite powder are made of fine powder.
Product performance characteristics:
1) High temperature strength, Greater than or equal to 110MPa
2) Good thermal shock resistance and structural spalling resistance
3) Good thermal shock resistance
4) High load softening temperature, Greater than or equal to 1650 degree , low high temperature creep rate
5) Good chemical corrosion resistance
6) Good wear resistance, wear resistance Less than or equal to 4.0
Corundum mullite castable can be used for wear-resistant lining of large boilers, lining of other high-temperature kilns, front and rear kiln mouths of large cement kilns, coal injection pipes and other high-temperature wear-resistant areas.
